Sales Policy

SHIPMENTS:

All the shipments will be delivered for a maximum period of 96h. Orders received after 3:00 p.m will be processed the following working day. All the orders received from Friday to Sunday or Day Holiday, will be processed the following working day.

The maximum period for shipments will be fulfilled if there is no incidence with the transport agency. In this case, the customer will be contacted by the agency to arrange a new delivery appointment. The transport agency attempts to deliver 2 times to the address indicated.


 

If the agency can’t contact the customer (2 times), the package will remain in the transport office for 6 days as a maximum, so the customer can pick it up in the office premises.

After this period and if the customer has not collected the package, your order will be sent back to our offices.

If the package is returned to TRIALREPLIC because the agency has not located the customer, the customer will assume the shipping costs again.

During the holidays in Comunidad Valenciana or Spain, there will be no shipments. At weekends no deliveries are made. TRIALREPLIC reserves the right to cancel any order. We do not ship to PO boxes.


RETURNS:

Once you have received your item, the customer has 24 hours to contact Trialreplic if the product hasn’t arrived in perfect conditions. There will be no refunds. If you receive a product that is not in the appropriate conditions, you will have to notify us at the following email address información@trialreplic.com .

TRIALREPLIC will be in charge of taking back any defective product and will send a replacement.

TRIALREPLIC reserves the right not to accept the change, if Trialreplic verifies that the damage has been caused on the delivery.
